Joan Jones was born and raised in Truckee. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Accounting. Joan worked for Northstar at Tahoe from 1984-1997 as Director of Food and Beverage. In 1997 she became General Manager of Garwoods Grill and Pier. In 1998 she joined John S. Corda Construction. Her duties include preparation of budgets, invoices, payroll and overall office management as well as job site coordination. She is married and has one daughter. She is active in the community including Far West Nordic and Truckee Watershed.

Fran grew up in the Philadelphia area, but migrated to Tahoe in the early 70's. Fran works in our office as both bookkeeper and receptionist. She has been with Corda Construction, Inc. since 2003 and has added tremendously to our office demeanor. Fran and her husband Gary enjoy camping, cross country skiing, and spending time with their grandchildren

Doug Nibouar was born and raised in Texas where he attended the University of Texas, receiving his Bachelor's degree in Education. Doug has held a contractor's license in both California and Nevada. Doug joined Corda Construction in 1992, building the Kraft home in Incline Village. For the Pet Network Project, Doug was the Estimator/superintendent and brought the project in on time and under budget. Doug's duties include project estimates, job site supervision, job coordination and overall project management. Doug enjoys fishing and is active in his church.
