News Release:

The Tahoe Quarterly 7th Annual Mountain Home Awards issue features two of our most recent projects, the Abbasi Residence as well as the Davidowski Residence. The issue has articles on both of these residences and has amazing pictures.

Also, the October 2009 issue of Architectural Digest features another one of our special projects, the Lemelson Residence and Library. The spread features beautiful pictures of both the buildings and landscape.

John S. Corda began work in the construction trade in 1975 and formed Corda Construction in 1982.

Currently we specialize in custom homes and commercial projects and employ a crew of 40-50. Our growth is due entirely to our reputation and word of mouth; we do not advertise.

Most of our subcontractors have worked with us on numerous projects and can be counted on. With this combination, we have had great success meeting deadlines and budgets.

The bottom line: Corda Construction is a small quality company that can do large and small projects and continues to provide a one on one relationship with the client.
