John Corda Construction is proud and humbled to be awarded the 2010 Builder of the Year ; as well as most recently having won the award for 2011 Residential Project of the Year from C.A.T.T. (Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe).  We hope to continue providing the highest level of service and quality in all of our work and are grateful to our wonderful clients and outstanding sub-contractors.

The Tahoe Quarterly "7th Annual Mountain Home Awards" issue features two of our most recent projects, the Abbasi Residence and the Davidowski Residence. The issue has articles on both projects and features amazing photographs. 

The Abbasi Residence also made the cover of Mountain Living September / October 2011 issue; along with an article and photographs entitled "A New Take on Tahoe".

Also, the October 2009 issue of Architectural Digest highlights another one of our special projects, the Lemelson Residence and Library. The spread offers beautiful pictures of both the buildings and landscape.

John S. Corda began work in the construction trade in 1975 and formed Corda Construction in 1982.  In our almost 30 years in the Lake Tahoe area, we've built over 50 custom homes, done more than 65 residential remodels and 29 commercial projects.  We have long standing established relationships with many of our subcontractors and provide our clients with a proven track record of exceptional quality and great success in meeting deadlines and budgets.

Our experience in building both multi-million dollar custom homes and large commercial projects means that our custom homes get the internal advantage of a commercial builder and our commercial projects get the quality and specialized attention of a custom home builder.
